Welcome to the 12th Annual Vernon Walk/Run to End Huntington Disease!

Join the Okanagan Chapter to help raise funds to support those with Huntington disease! 

Date: Saturday, May 25, 2019

Location: Kin Beach Park, Vernon, BC

Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome to join us for 5 km & 1 km routes! 

There are no registration fees to participate.

Registration: 9:00 am
Welcome: 9:50 am
Run Begins: 10:00 am 
Awards & Announcements: 11:00 am

Fundraising Initiatives and More Details 

We will have Spirit Award prizes for best-dressed individual and best-dressed team.  Dressing up is totally optional, but please feel free to come in company colours, a theme of your own choosing, or in the colours blue for HD and purple for Juvenile HD.

When you raise pledges for the Run, you will be eligible for some unique HSC items!

$100 - Technical TeamHD Running Shirt

$300 - TeamHD Hoodie OR Technical TeamHD Running Shirt 

$500 - TeamHD Jacket OR TeamHD Hoodie OR Technical TeamHD Running Shirt 

All proceeds raised through this event will go to support Family Services and Research to delay or stop Huntington disease.

Thanks to a kind donor, your event impact will be doubled this spring! Donations received by June 30th will be matched dollar for dollar so we can make double the progress towards providing support for HD families today, and give hope, by changing the course of this disease, for HD families tomorrow.

2) After creating your page, use "Login to your Page" (in the left menu) to continue fundraising and check your progress.

3) Visit your fundraising page to download a pledge form to collect offline pledges, send emails to friends and family, or even post your page to Facebook!
